Join us for an afternoon of heart-opening music, movement, and meditation as Wild Bhakti Society presents a Kirtan, Ecstatic Dance, and Sound Healing Journey led by Josh Kane & Nikki Haas — live at The Ellis, Newburgh’s beautiful converted church and creative venue.

This is not your typical kirtan — it’s a jam band-style devotional experience blending traditional kirtan instruments, acoustic guitar, drumming, and sound healing to create a soulful, upbeat, and deeply immersive atmosphere.

Whether you’re new to mantra meditation or already steeped in devotional practice, this is a space to connect, chant, move, and celebrate in community.

🌿 Event Flow

3:00 – 4:00 PM — Arrive + Connect
Come early to set up your space, meet others in the kirtan community, and enjoy a delicious mocktail from the bar. (This is a sober event.)

4:00 – 6:00 PM — Kirtan with Josh & Nikki
Experience an uplifting, high-vibe kirtan session combining live music, mantra, and sound healing. Sing, play, or simply soak in the vibration.

6:00 – 7:00 PM — Ecstatic Dance Journey
Let the rhythms carry you into free-form movement and celebration. Release, express, and embody the joy of devotion through dance!

Josh Kane & Nikki Haas are the co-founders of Wild Bhakti Society, a collective devoted to creating transformative, heart-centered experiences through music, movement, and mantra.
Their kirtans blend traditional devotional chanting with modern sound and improvisational jam band energy — offering an inclusive and ecstatic space for all.
